Health and Fitness Tips

  1. Before you drink a cup of coffee, Start your day with a glass of water. It is always better to keep a bottle of water at your desk which will help minimize negative fidgety.
  2. Start your day off with 20 minute walk
  3. Walk away from the computer at least once for every 2 hours and keep going outside.
  4. Have small meals for every 2 hours.
  5. Start your day off with 20 minutes Yoga
  6. Have sound sleep at least 6 to 8 hours at night.
  7. Avoid drinking coffee too much and you feel twitchy, drink some water and get some fresh air.
  8. If you are depressed, catch some friend on AIM or in a private forum to talk with. It does wonders.
  9. Have sex at least once every 3 days, if you have healthy relationship. It is very critical both on mental and physical stability.
  10. Try something new once every quarter. Develop new hobby or change a hobby or start some new activity. Trying something new and succeeding at it is both mentally liberating and physically stimulating.

  11. Play with your dog or puppy or cat often. The benefits are priceless. They lift our spirit and thrill and joy for life.

  12. Try detoxing your body at least a week by having two principles--Drinking nothing but water and Eat nothing but fruits, vegetables and nuts.
  13. Get exposure to Sun at least half an hour in a day. It can revive the body and improves Vitamin D.
  14. Maintain an exercise partner to help stay motivated through the LCD tv playing exercise programs.
  15. Minimize having junk food like processed bread, carbs, pizzas, burgers and keep a healthy way of food habits like eating nuts and fruits
  16. No serving of alcohol after 7PM. It result in more carb- based weight gain.
  17. Keep yourself to save alcohol and deserts only on the weekends. You fill more stable and keep it toxic free.
